Lakeview Mod not loading

Post » Sat Sep 14, 2013 5:02 pm

Hello all,

I've used the creation kit and general displays to modify the room behind the main hall in Lakeview manor. Everything seemed to be working great, I got all the displays I wanted where I wanted them, saved the file and loaded the .esp. Thing is, it won't load for me. I've tried doing the COC command from the control panel and a bunch of lines of text jump up, but I don't get transported to the cell. I even went back, added a COC Marker and tried again to no avail. So, does anyone know why this is happening, or maybe know some things for me to try out? I've searched everywhere I can think of, watched almost every video about home creation I can get my hands on and nothing seems to be working. Thanks for any help in advance.

why coc, thought it's lakeview manor, why not just take the door? :-)

what exactly happens, you just don't get teleported, or what? then either the cell doesn't exist or you spelled it wrong (you need to spell it exactly as it says in the editor's cell list, not by the name as visible in game)

I tried taking the door first, nothing happened. My mod didn't take. So I tried COC to see if the cell was in game, which it doesn't appear to be. Tried it with all mods enabled, then all mods disabled, save the required ones. Thing is, I have a .esm with my mods name in my data files, when I load it in CK, it has everything I want it to. When I load it in game, nothing happens... I'm lost I guess.

did you check if it's actually flagged esm (and/or try to rename it to esp)...?
