only minor news I'm affraid. Had to make some ajustments to some areas after I did a test rig to see what the model looked ingame. the waist was far too thin and the pipe on the arm wasnt visable because it clipped into the cheast. I have now modified the waist and cheast areas of the mesh and have reduced the size of the arms too. I also put the piping which was origionally on the front of the arm on the back of the arm, which not only fixes the problem of it clipping into the cheast but also adds extra detail to the back of the model. It was kinda plain back there. going to see if this has fixed those issues so I can continue to add more details to the model. I'll take a screenshot and post it when I do that test.

As far as the modeling process is concerned, I'm still working on the lower legs and feet.

Deception_2112: I initially planned on creating the textures my self but I feel it might be far too much work for me to handle so I plan on handing the texturing to another person. Plus no ones really liked my texturing work so far and that may be because I'm awful at laying out UV maps. I just dont want to spoil the model with poor textures : D

Hey, a great artist can't be expected to do it all... you're a digital sculptor, some are digital painters. :dancing: Whatever you choose to do is fine :D

Looking forward to this mods release, it will complement the advanced power armor Mk II that is due soon heh. Im glad more power armor is coming out, adds a little variety to the limited models of the enclave, Tesla, t51b and standard power armor

Amazing. Good job.

The torso's perfect.
The only thing I would do, even though it's not major at all, is make the legs a little thinner.
It might just be but that thing has some HUGE thighs.

But I'm not complaining cause its better than I can do.
I can't even make a box in blender.

the legs actually seem to be a good size to me, considering this is the type of armor I would want to wear when bullets are literally raining down on me. look awesome, sweet and any other word that describes something amazing. also the thighs may look a little bigger due to the side pipes. but it seems to be a balance to me.

Even without textures this is already my favorite power armor, because it captures that "I am a walking tank feel" it also has a cool look to it, the kind that would inspire fear in enemies who use goodyear tires as protection. I also love the back as it does not feel like a giant back pack, as the enclave felt. I dunno the enclave always seemed like its pack needed some purpose, and removing it left an ugly square pack. So well done to you for making a nice looking one.

I just hope your textures go well, and I liked your previous pipboy image, so im hoping for another like that, though the armor alone is way more than enough. Overall amazing job!!!

To be honest its probably because I didnt really give myself an easy task when It came to texturing the titan armor. The design was far too simplistic which didnt allow for any real designs to be applied to it, anything I could have tried would have ended up looking flat. A new texture is in the process for the titan armor so perhaps I will learn something from doing that which I could apply to future projects.

That power armor looks nice and beefy. Seems like it'd be something like the Enclave's version of Warhammer 40K's Space Marine Terminator armor.

Good Luck with this one then!!

I'm pretty darn sure it'll turn out great...Have you got any idea what kinda texture you're going to apply to it?

well, usually I jump straight into the texturing, but this time I may paint over the renders I've done to give me a better Idea of what I want the texture to be like.
