The following started happening today, for all ESPs and for Oblivion ESM.

"flatten verticies" and "soften verticies" are no longer able to be checked or unchecked. IE they are grayed out.

Right mouse button to apply landscape textures does nothing.

Left mouse button to edit landscape shape does not change landscape shape, rather, it applies a blank, black texture to anything.
- After applying this black texture with the left mouse button, going over it with the right mouse button restores the original textures.

I can't edit landscapes anymore. Anyone have any ideas here? Reinstall CS? I've tried rebooting pc, that didn't help.
