Landscape Issues

I'm currently using the latest Morrowind Rebirth, along with MGSO, and things were going well till I must have installed something that was really incompatible, because now I'm seeing a lot of land seams and some buidlings cannot be entered or are missing parts. Ald Ruhn and Vivec in particular seem hit hard from what I've seen, with the Ald Ruhn Fighter's Guild missing both its door and most of the building. The Rat in the Pot is also offset by a lot, with a floating door near the building itself, but separate. I have a lot of mods running alongside, and I'm sure a lot conflict with MR, but I'm trying to figure out what specifically is causing the mass landscape issues. Here is my mod order:

I know something like the cavern overhaul mod would obviously cause problems, but it should just be around the caves themselves, not the cities, right? I'm also not 100% sure everything is up to date either, since last time I modded Morrowind PES and a lot of the other big sites were still up.

The cavern overhaul mod only changes the interiors of caves and their entrances, it also doesn't make any edits to the landscape. I am not exactly familiar with Morrowind Rebirth, but I know it does change the landscape quite a bit, and if a mod is loaded after it that changes the landscape back to normal or moves a vanilla object back to its original position, you will get these problems you describe.

Now for your load order: I know that Vampire Realism II changes the landscape in some places, but not enough to be the only responsible culprit. Other than that, I am uncertain about which mods specifically could be responsible. Maybe it could help if you use the http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/475/? to find out which mods have landscape and cell conflicts with Rebirth, and then you can narrow it down by disabling and reenabling them one by one. But there might be a lot of conflicts, of which not all have to be problematic (but Landscape conflicts probably are).

Also, have you tried using mlox to sort your load order? Maybe this could also help to solve some problems if not.
