HP laptop freeze problem : Fallout 3

So, here's the deal. I am running the game on an HP Compaq 6830s laptop, minimum settings. My specs are:

Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU 2.40 GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3430
SoundMAX Integrated Digital HD Audio
3 Gb of RAM
Windows Vista Home Premium SP 2 32 bit

When I run the game, it goes fine, I play for a couple of minutes, then it freezes, forcing me to restart. The sound goes on.
I have tried every fix I could find but they do not seem to work. Please help me. The game is extremely enjoyable and this problem is driving me mad.

Highly suggest you to get more recent video card drivers as yours predate the game.

Thank you, Tig Ol Bitties. Apparently the last time I tried to update my drivers, I did something wrong :shrug: . I updated my drivers and the game works like a charm. I owe you, mate.
