-intel core i7-5500U 2,3GHz

-8GB RAM

-storage 500GB

-NVIDIA GeForce 920M 2GB

But anyway: 720p (low settings) near 30fps. But i wouldn't buy it on that system.

Do you have a Desktop, that's more powerful as that Laptop?

Technically it should run, but performance is probably going to be <30fps at 720p/Low settings.

Cards x00-x40 aren't meant for gaming.

The GT 920M is about 2/3 as powerful as Fallout 4's listed minimum of a GTX 550 Ti.
