I have 3 vaults - 30 people, 80 people and 177 people. Since 8/7 my large vault opens and crashes within a minute or so and nothing saves. So every time I open it the new babies pop up and I can collect a few things then it freezes and closes. The other vaults are fine. The update has not helped. I have an iPad mini 2 and never had a problem before this. Any ideas besides resetting the iPad? I've done that a few time with no luck. Thanks.

Good luck with that one. AFAIK there's no fix for any of the major glitches and crash issues. The latest 1.1 update didn't fix my 4-5 day old 28 person vault and loading screen crash issues. I deleted it from my iPad Air, svcked up the loss of $25, and started over. I'm imposing a 3 lunchbox purchase limit this time so the pain level is less when it happens again. What frustrates me the most is the game is designed to run on a closed, unified specific architecture and a single operating system. I've yet to see the game manufacturer admit the crash issues, let alone address them.

It seems like it is freezing when it is trying to autosave... I'm going to wait it out. I've got some great people in that vault. (James, Three Dog, Confessor Cromwell, Sarah Lyons)

I have the exact same problem (~160 dwelers), started crashing after the 1.1 update. I agree that it must be an auto-save problem because the game crashes even if I try to leave the vault and jump to the main menu. Hoping for a fix as I won't be starting over.

Crashes for me as it tries to load the vault on the main menu... don't even see my vault anymore.
