What's the critical chance modifier of the Laser RCW? On the wiki it says x0.5 on one page and x0.05 on another, the latter making more sense.

I'm planning on making a build with automatic weapons which have low critical chance modifiers to take advantage of flat critical chance bonuses, such as light touch, which is why I ask.
