I want the scope and focus optics for my laser rifle but I don't know where to find them. Help please? Thanks

I found the scope at the Gun Runners Factory.

Did you buy iit from the robot or you went inside the actual factory? And how helpful is it...does it actually make a difference?

There's no reliable way to find modifications. You've just got to keep exploring and check with traders. The ones you want will turn up eventually. I want my Hunting Rifle to have all the mods eventually, but I've only managed to find the extended magazine so far, thirteen hours in. It might take a while.
