So, I am trying to take the laser rifle "Righteous Authority" and upgrade from the maximized capacitor to the overcharged capacitor. I have more than all of the required parts needed by far and they are in bold white. I have the required levels (science rank 3) . Everything appears in order but when I press to build the game says I lack the requirements to create this item. Is this a known glitch or am I missing something? Thank you in advance for any insight.
