Personally i feel it should work like Point fire enhance lvl 2 just buffing accuracy at the cost of no hip fire crosshairs. NOT making the bullets land where ever the dot is.

it's just laser sight .. seriously..

I think that the laser sight is fine. It's just when used with certain guns that it becomes frustrating.
