Last Beta before release...What you going to do?

Post » Wed Mar 12, 2014 4:25 pm

Just wondering what others are planning to do with their time on this next / last Beta before release.

Are you going to continue with your old character or are you going to be trying out some new stuff with a new class?

To be honest, I am on the fence, but I think I will set aside time to try out a brand new build close to the one I am going to use once the game goes live.

I'll try Imperial. Mainly because it is an option to do so, but partially because I doubt I will ever seriously play one, so try it out now.

I really should try out the PvP, but I'm in this conflicting state where I don't want to play anything after the starter islands, but not high enough to go to Cyrodiil. I do have a level 8 sitting around, I think, so maybe I will just do the two more levels and be done with it.

Either way, I'm going to test out the tutorial changes. As an altoholic, a better, more stream-lined beginning makes a huge difference to me.

I'll probably try to have a blast with some members from here. Have a nice party, game together, so forth.

I guess I will be trying to get my friend up another 5-6 levels so that he can experience the 1st Dungeon & then finish off in PVP.

But it all depends on the time he can put into it.......I don;t have high hopes.

So if he isn't able to play, I guess I will just spend the entire time crafting....although I have no idea what the extent of the options I will have as my points went mostly into combat.

I have never done anything PVP before so I'm going to give that a shot, and I have yet to try out the crafting system so now is a good a time as any.

I didn't really touch the crafting so I will get into that, that might mean starting a whole new character so I can get the most out of it but that's okay.

PvP can be a lot of fun to be involved in here. (my opinion) so ya, you should try to get there at least once.

I only played for a few hours last beta so didn't really progress or figure much out. Part of me wants to play but another part wants to wait so it's all fresh and new when I play at launch. Not sure exactly what I'm going to do. Maybe I will play an Imperial on a different faction from my main Bosmer AD. Maybe get to level 10 and play some PvP. I definitely want to try some crafting though, so I guess crafting and PvP will be my main focus and keep the rest fresh for launch.

I'll be missing it :/, but the rest of the guild will be test driving everything - guild store, dungeons, pve, pvp and of course crafting :D

I REALLY hope there is a respec shrine available. I have two characters that I would really like to try some different specs with.

Haven't had chance to try out Imperial yet, and since it's the race I plan on playing come release day, I'll probably spend a good hour or so in the character creation, fine tuning my characters looks. I also wouldn't mind trying out a bit more crafting.

The one thing I don't want to do is quest too much or level up past level 10. I want to save as much of the actual gameplay as I can for release day.

I probably won't actually play that much; no point advancing these characters, and I'd just as soon save as much content as possible for the actual launch.

I'll be spending time with the family. I have some characters that are along but I don't want to do any more content. Besides, I wanted to experience some group play and attempt to use the chat, which I cannot read.

i'll make a new character and run through the tutorial since it's been mentioned they want us to do that, but then i'm mostly gonna follow what my brother does, maybe look at some new areas/features- and the bugs that might have been fixed since last beta

-also PvP, it was more fun than i expected~!

Get the last little bit of experience to get to level 10, go into Cyrodiil, go into public dungeons; decide if I'm going to buy this game, despite being forced to pay in euros for some reason.

I'll take my Redguard DK to level 10, he's 9 now and see how a tank does in the wars. My Dunmer Sorc is a lot of fun there.

Fool with the Imperial a bit and do some more crafting.

Gonna take it easy and maybe not do 10 hours days for a change. Want to start the game well at the end of the month, and that _will be_ obsessive.
