Latency issues and bad netcoding is ruining Crysis 2

We all know how good and smooth the online experience can be, because we all tried CoD.

Crysis 2 has major issues when playing online.

If you have:

4 bars (host): It feels like god mode.
3 bars: It feels like your weapon does 50% less damage and you have 50% less hp + only 75% chance to hit with melee.
2 bars: It feels like your weapon does 25% less damage and you have 25% less hp + only 50% chance to hit with melee attacks.
1 bars: Unplayable.

Nobody wants play competitively with this kind of random advantage distribution when they play.
Nobody wants to constantly have the outcome of a battle or their killstreaks ruined by random crap and awkward situations.

What does it help to have game elements like armor modules that do slight modifications, when simply joining a game randomly distributes major advantages and disadvantages to the players.

Without these issues, I dont see why Crysis 2 could not become as popular as the CoD games, but currently this is where the CoD games has the MAJOR advantage.

BO has these problems too. Just youtube 'PaintballKitty' to get a good rant and demonstration of the issues. Also, what is 'netcoding'. It's clear what it could mean, but there is no such thing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Netcoding for instance).

So you have people like yourself moaning about the latency on one end of the fence, and the others asking for stat streaming on the other (which would easily saturate your pipe/bandwidth). I really wonder how Crytek is going to make all of you happy.
