I've been playing for a while now, but I still can't find a server with latency below 109.

What's considered "good" latency for playing Crysis 2 online?

It's frustrating to play when you see the kill cam, and your character isn't where "you" were during gameplay.

the latency in the server browser does not reflect the true latency. you can check your latency while in a match by pressing tab.

109 is still a decent ping.
As for the killcam issues, it's usually lag on their end, plus the fact that the killcam is horribly buggy anyway

Depends on the server... If everyone has a ping above 100, then it's okay to have a ping over 100.... Howewer, if everyone has a ping like 50, then you should have close to 50 too!
