I since rolled back to the previous driver and everything is rendered fine. Same goes for Fallout New Vegas, which is on a similar engine to Oblivion.

But the latest driver removes graphical artifacts which are plaguing my Skyrim and Fallout 4 games.

Not sure what shall I do?
