This has only happened since the latest patch was delivered today.

After fast travelling back to The Strip and walking into Freeside I have lost all audio,; speech, footsteps, gun sounds etc., except for the ambient background sounds.

I fast travelled around Mojave to check and closed the game and rebooted it. Still no audio except for ambience/atmospheres.

Is anyone else experiencing audio problems since the latest patch?
