Hey all -
I reinstalled Windows xp (Home) in my system and now FO3 GOTY will not launch the installer. I get the message that something isn't configured right (Though it doesn't specify what) and that I should try reinstalling which is impossible since...well....the installer won't launch. ? It worked perfect on my system before prior to Windows reinstallation. - Thanks
