Anybody knows any details on the launch times yet? I mean, will it be midnight for every timezone? That would seem reasonable because it would spread the load probably...

I don't think they would be able to spread the launch by timezone if they wanted to. They could open the US and EU megaservers at different times to each other but that would probably just upset people. I think it will be one mass charge to login at one single opening time (although it will probably be in the middle of the night for the EU - usually is).
