So all I can do is make my character, loot the Doc's, and then have it crash trying to load the actual world of New Vegas. Cute. Anyone else having this problem?

Honestly, they should be thanking their lucky stars we're not all screaming for compensation for all of us wasting our free time pulling our hair out over this. It's absolutely unacceptable business practice. If these people worked on cars or any actual piece of hardware they'd be out of business for failures of this size.

That being said all I want to do is sit down and enjoy my post apocalyptic Las Vegas, and that can't even be done.

Similar problem yes. Only mine doesn't crash it just grinds to a 5fps halt, it's like some sort of memory leak. Makes the game completely unplayable.

Must say im having a lot of fun running around inside the docs office though, well worth my ￡30.

Update: Attempted windowed mode, Received following error. Slightly different from first appcrash error.

I just want to know why no matter what I do the game was rigged from the start. We all better be getting the DLCs for free or something. Compensation for all of us ripping our hair out. I mean really, why release a game that has so many bugs still that half the demographic isn't even going to be able to touch it? We all just want to roam our wastelands in peace man.
