Launcher installation problem ! : Othor Games

I ve searched the forums and couldnt find a matched result for this problem so here i am pasting my text that i sent support earlier !

'' I ve been struggling to download the game for last 2 day ! It requires 30 gb free space and i have more than that but when it completes the dowload and start extracting the files it uses my more than 30gb free space and makes my ssd full and shuts the launcher.

When i reopen the launcher it controls files and ignores them even though i fully downloaded them twice already and makes another full download of your game !!! I'm trully dissapointet with this launcher and dont think ill even try to play the beta anymore !

I'm making this ticket to there are people out there without knowledge what happened to their game so please find a decent solution for this and inform people.

PS: I have 41gb sized file under zenimax studios like i said i have downloaded the game twice...
