Lawful Evil Roleplay

I personally thought the original ending was fine, with the LW sacrificing himself for the greater good. Maybe the ending didn't bother me because I didn't get attached to the LW. Like I said elsewhere I quickly lost interest in the game when the BOS and Enclave showed up. Cause I wanted new and unique factions not the same ole same ole.

I agree, Bethesda should've told the story they wanted to tell, and not cave in to fan demands. Fans just wanted the "continue after the end" gameplay they were used to in tes. That's why I like how Obsidian said that New Vegas ends after the battle at hoover dam, and they stuck to their original statement. Besides the getting backlash from FO3 fans. In fact before the final battle a message pops up, letting the player know if they want to continue or keep exploring.

Broken Steel was a nice addon, if one played the goody goody white knight Beth wanted the LW to be. But it was a disappointment for those of us, who are more sinister. Personally I never completed Broken Steel, so I don't know what happens. I made it as far as when Liberty got cut down from an orbital strike.
