I think there should be a layout editor.

I have found that it is hard to manage and oversee most of the rooms as they are all over the place.

now I could just delete rooms and build again but that would take way too long to do.

I think at a certain level you should be able to shift and rearrange the order and position of the already built rooms, thus making it easier to group and manage your vault.
