Has anyone been able to find this quest? It's listed on several Wikis as an available quest, but apparently when you go into the console it's not present, and it's rumored on a few Reddit posts to be a scrapped quest. Can anyone confirm if it's in-game or not?

EDIT: Same for the quest titled "Off the Grid".

http://www.nukahub.com/static/images/quests/thumbnail/20-leagues-under-the-sea.png, I couldn't find anything on it. Its a shame because the underwater zones are some of the best that Bethesda has ever done, but theres only the odd crate, medkit and safe in a boat or something.

are there any under water locations to explore in fallout 4? I've only found a chinese submarine

probably is part of a DLC. Or a free patch that will add a quest.

I remember finding the close mine on Witcher 3 till they add the quest trow one of the patchs.
