Some troll likes to trick people with fake videos of Oblivion gameplay, and on the first attempt people called it out for being fake in comments. And NOW the same video is up, but it can't be rated and all comments have to be approved...

flagged, also it is pretty obvious most of that stuff was from oblivion, bethesda never ports, they start from scratch
