Hey guys, i just found out, you don't have to even be started the main quest and head out to solthstiem for 250 gold! Never knew that, i thought the cultist had to fight you.

Yes, you can go at level 1.
...but it's 500 not 250.

For some reason I just learned you don't have to participate in the civil war to get a house in solitude, dunno what I was thinking lol
