Learning Curve is glitched : Fallout 4

For me, the repeatable quest Learning Curve selects a single location multiple times, respawning the boss chests, and a few enemies.

By single location, I mean just ONE location. Over and over and over. Certainly this was not meant to funtion this way XD

Other than this and Grim Reaper sprint being WAY to loud, this is in my top 5 games of all times PERIOD.
