So I'm carrying a lot of unnecessary but oh, so awesome stuff around after finally deciding to do some Dawnguard stuff (It's been two years and... bleugh, vampires). Is it safe to leave this in a chest or something in Fort Dawnguard?

I'm hesitant because a lot of NPCs live there and it seems to be developing a little every time I come back. I've finished the quest "Prophet"

as well as a bunch of other radiant recruitment jobs.

Can I do this without fear of losing all my junk come reset day or shall I find/make a mod that helps me?
