I just bought Left 4 Dead 2 on the PC after previously owning it on the 360. Anyone here still playing it on the PC and up for some good old zombie killing?
If there is much of a following still, I'd consider buying it to play with yall. Is it still played alot online?
It sure seems like it I have no problem finding a game to play online. Seems like they released two new campaigns recently plus they are revamping the old campaigns with the new special zombies and melee weapons.

Yep still plenty of pub matches. The only problem is people in VS matches have no etiquette at all. Be prepared for the server to empty when it's your turn to be infected.

You can add my Steam, SivartusTheMage. It'll probably be tomorrow seeing as these downloads aren't lightning fast.
I know the PC version allows mods so I'm curious. Is there a mod, that adds the original L4D1 cast for all campaigns? This doesn't really help me as I play on X-box 360 but I'm curious nevertheless. The cast of L4D2 is the reason I don't play it as often as L4D1 even though they made some nice improvements in terms of the overall game.
People still play it and there is a small following for it however it is losing that popularity. Only thing keeping it alive is the fact valve is smart and is putting in player created mutations into the game. Instead of their own they are taking what people created and officially releasing them. Ontop of that they are bringing that content to the 360 as far as I know in order to increase customization.

Also, try to get some of your friends to have a L4D2 LAN party with you. I played L4D2 with some friends for 6 hours straight a couple of weeks ago and it was the most fun I've ever had in a multiplayer game. :goodjob:
During the passing campaign my group was the part with the generator. Well we had 14/16 fuel cans in it and two of us die. Then 2 tanks spawn so we are running to find some defibs while shooting the tanks and avoiding jockeys, smokers, and etc.
