I've killed over a dozen legendary dragons but it isn't giving me the Legend achievement. What's going on? I just received the Oblivion Walker achievement, so I know my game isn't totally broken.

What platform are you on? If on PC, are you using any mods?

I'm playing through New Vegas and it isn't giving me any achievements at all! 
Steam is kinda... run-down, lately.
(Hence the "Latest News" on most of the games being from ~2011, heheh...)
It appears that they just don't care - they're making more money than Oprah, and perhaps feel no pressing urge to keep the platform current, functional and up-to-date.
It's the perfect gig, right? Make a ton of money off of other people's work.
Don't actually have to do anything!
