Is it confirmed that it's impossible to acquire legendary explorers from radio stations?

I've only got 4 of them...even after purchasing 40 lunchboxes.

Thanks, just wanted to be sure, i was experimenting for awhile with 4 full size radio stations, but didn't want to delete them until I was positive. that's pretty sad, I hope they widen the availability of legendary dwellers.

my girlfriend actually bought 20 lunchboxes and only got 2 legendary dwellers...copies of abraham washington XD

she was pretty upset as the 20 lunchboxes ultimately mostly svcked.

This has become a major issue. I've never understood why Legendary dwellers are not available through the radio room, but in the recent update (v1.2/v1.21) they took away our ability to find Legendary items in the wasteland. If you agree, please be sure to reflect it in you App Store/Google Play review. The developer really needs to understand that their customers don't like being shaken down for money.

just bumped my 5 star to a 2 star complaining of legendary inaccessibility.
