My understanding on skill books is that there are 5 different books per skill, but multiple copies of each book. Once you read the book, you get a skill bump of 1 (or 2 w/ Scholar's Insight from a DB Black Book); if you read the same copy of the book again, you will not get the skill bump. That's my understanding.

My question, assuming I'm correct, is this: can I get a skill bump from a new copy of a skill book I've already read after I make the corresponding skill legendary? Does anyone know? I ask because I don't keep track & I just got a skill bump for Enchanting after making it legendary & I could've sworn I'd already read the 5 books.
