I just butchered the whole garrison of the Fort, including Caesar, and set Benny free. I want those Legion Assassins to attack me, but they did not show up so far.

Is the Legion officially dead, after I killed Caesar? Won't those assassin groups show up anymore?

They show up every 24 hours (it is supposed to be way less often,but there is an issue where they show up all the time)

They only show up in certain areas (usually near Legion Controlled areas) but can also show up near say the 188.

If you have a mod that affects the timers on these encounters this can stop them too.

And, then, finally, are you in fact Vilified by the Legion?

I'm still "Soft-Hearted Devil" with the Legion. What else can I do? I've killed Caesar. There couldn't be a bigger crime against them, could there? How can they not hate me after that?
