Well it honestly depends on what you do: if can do a quick playthrough where you basically just rush through the main quest line or you can do full/complete playthrough where you basically do every quest, explore all the locations, and find all the new items. Here's the quick and full playthroughs for each DLC:
Dead Money:
Quick: still take you about 4-5 hours to do, considering the main quest line is long
Full: 8 hours, maybe 10 if you svck
Honest Hearts:
Quick: 2-3 hours, main quests are short and enemies aren't too difficult
Full: 6-9 hours, lots of side quests to do plus many interesting locations to explore
Old World Blues:
Quick: Probably 3-4 hours, although the main quest line is short, the enemies are bullet sponges and extremely difficult to kill
Full: 9-12 hours, quite a few side quests, including upgrading the sink, and there are 35 distinct locations to explore plus many new items to find!
You get the most value out of each DLC if you actually do a full playthrough of each DLC. You might be thoroughly disappointed with OWB if you just did a fast playthrough and didn't explore the various labs nor unlock the many secrets & and technologies of Big MT. So I definitely recommend you take the time and play through each DLC and you should get a lot of value out of your investment :fallout:
