I haven't really done much in terms of questing, but i have been doing alot of scavenging in DC lately. I came upon the Lincoln memorial and talked to Silos (i think thats his name) and he told me i had to talk to Leroy Walker. I followed him through a door and no where could i find Walker. I watched a you tube video on the same thing, and in that video Walker is in the room! I did the same thing again, and again Walker is not in the room where he should be.

Has anyone else had this issue with Walker not being in the room....glitch? or do i have to go through the quest in order to make him appear? I play on Xbox 360
