There are actually quite a few of them out there, it's just that some people don't know how to spell encumbrance Try searching for encumberance.

Edit: Oops, pardon, just realized you wanted less - most people want more Well try searching on the other spelling and something might pop up. Otherwise you might want to have a look at the realistic fatigue mods, which usually include encumbrance.

I search with "encumb". There are a lot for carry more but just one for carry less (what I want) an this is 5 times less vanila.

Well you could do you own little mod if you're not adverse to loading up the CS. It's pretty easy. Another option would be to load up the one that sets it to 5 times less than vanilla and just tweak the value with TES4Edit - that's even easier than doing your own. Do you have TES4Edit? If you want to go that route and aren't sure what to do, then install TES4Edit and I'll tell you what to do from there.
