Anyone know of a mod or maybe .ini tweak that will allow a reshape/size/color of the crosshair?

I'd like just a small black crosshair instead of the bright colored >< thing.

I suggest you don't take black; you won't be able to see where you're shooting at all, especially without Ironsights (Yay New Vegas). But I'm sure theres a mod out there, try a quick search of 'crosshair' on the Nexus.
