- What the hell happened in the 24 years between the Battle of New York and Crysis 3?

- How did Prophet get captured by CELL?

- What the hell is Karl Ernst Rasch doing alive, since Hargreave implied that he reject Hargreave's "cold road to imortality"? Will that be explained? Or will Crytek tell us to svck it up and retcon that important plot point into oblivion, just like they did with Lingshan's variant of Ceph?

- What happened to Alcatraz's mind? Was it fully suplanted by Prophet's memories and personality that were stored within the suit's AI systems?

- Will we finaly learn what happened to Lingshan's Ceph and what caused them to be replaced with the Red Ceph? Or can it be that Crytek's writers are simply too lazy come up with a decent explanation to that?

- Why wasn't Psycho recruited by Hargreave to be a part of the Nanosuit 2 programa as well, just like Prophet was? What happened to him after Lingshan? Did he return to the British SAS? What was he doing during these 24 years in which Prophet was imprisioned by CryNet?

- How much of the world is covered in that Glacial Winter, which I believed was caused by the Ceph?

The difference in the apperaences of the aliens is explained on Legion. The different coloured aliens have different missions on Earth, if I'm correct. The blue ones were "the scientists" and the red ones "the soldiers". Something like that. And Prophet was recruited by Hargreave before Lingshan, not after it. He stole the N2.
