Have U.S copy of fnv, live in canada. dodged the 'downloaded wrong region dlc' bullet by reading blus codes first n managed to work around. Installed 'Dead Money' dlc.

1st problem- merc pac, and DM didnt show up in DLC list.. Solution, deleted all game data and reinstalled with network disabled minus the patches/updates. Result, the DLC appeared and worked . OK

2nd problem- After getting my merc items and activating the DM questline i decided to send a lvl 30 char in to go play, but noticed that no exp was being gained during.. OK maybe itll work itself out as i play? wrong. After gathering all 3 team members at the fountain as per Elijah instructions only to get an endless loop of "you returned, why?" and "let dog out, huuungry" . OK another bug, few solution videos later i decide to re-download the patches previously omitted then restart game. Result, my character is standing naked in goodsprings unable to re-enter the BOS bunker and also missing the merc pack items. Attempting to reload DM save data puts me back in goodsprings again.

Deleted game data AGAIN and reinstalled without patches.. DLC now functioning, but im back to "Let dog out" and "you returned, why?"

Now.. seeing as console commands cant be performed on PS3 what in the hell do i do to get past this? or do i jus get to sit at the fountain now forever till i die of cloud exposure. Help?
