Let me start with saying that I like glowy things. Morrowind doesn't have any glowy things, even though it would have made sense for a lot of items (sometimes even supposed to glow).
Let it Glow tries to add glow maps to Morrowind meshes where a subtle glow effect would be fitting. The mod is made with a vanilla installation in mind, so if you use a lot of mods this probably isn't for you (or maybe it is, that's why I'm dividing it into modules).
The mod will come in different modules so you can choose what you want to replace.
The modules are:
-Equipment (Daedric, Glass, Stalhrim, Artifacts)
-Alchemy/Flora
-Creatures
-Architecture
-Misc
So if you just want glowing equipment for example, you can just get glowing equipment.
For this mod to work I have to edit a lot of vanilla meshes to support the glow maps. This is also a reason why a vanilla installation is highly recommended (depending on the modules even required). The mod WILL support Better Morrowind Armor, though.

As you can see the effect is relatively subtle on most items, but that's what I'm going for. It should complement the vanilla design, not change it. I also understand that not a lot of people like this sort of thing, but that's fine. I'm mostly doing this for myself, but wanted to share it after release.
