I was interested in hearing what you guys know about the Wabbajack, and the Sanguine Rose.

You will have much better luck finding people to talk about lore in the lore section.

As far as gameplay with these staves, the Wabbajack is somewhat worthless. If you are at high level, you can turn an ogre into a rat and quickly kill. Unfortunately, if you at a low level, you could turn a rat into an ogre and get pummeled. But it only lasts 10 seconds, so it's unlikely. The Sanguine Rose can be useful for creating a distraction among bandits or outlaws. But it's more of a novelty than anything useful.

Yes, but here you get the full "Murder everything in sight strategy". You do not get that in the Lore section... Much..
