Let's switch things up

Post » Thu Sep 02, 2010 1:49 am

I'd say I'm mostly the scout, then assasin or engineer when I get oppurtunity, then distraction when spotted by a load of enemies at once during those roles, (which will be awesome with this movement system), btw, why is Wraith known as the best spy ever?

In TF2 I play spy and scout similarly, assasinating whoever I can attempting to make the enemy team paranoid, (and therefore disorganised)

I'm mostly The Pusher and The Supporter. I can play other roles as well, but these to are by far my most favourite.

Ive got one for you.

- The Napalm:
You are the Pyro, or the Explosives Expert. If theres something to blow up or burn, you're gonna do it and no one is going to stop you.
"Burninating the countryside."

(Firebat reference)

I'm sure theres plenty of Pyromaniacs out there like myself. I love the Firebat and Marauder class Terran Units. Played Soldier in TF2. Love Napalm strikes in CoD:BO.

I believe I will be taking on a mixture of the Wraith and Harasser. Fits how I play most shooters, mess with the enemy. To be honest, I like having a wing man. In most cases, I believe a "partner" would be beneficial for some of the roles in this game.

I would actually name it The Bomb, for obvious reasons. But I know it's a reference to your nick. ;)

EAT CHAINSWORD!!!

Yeah, and its a fun reference or two.
I actually pondered about changing it to Bomb several times for the fact that I thought it would be a bit elitist to have my name up there.
But none the less, its just a thread, for fun, no biggie.

Pros about The Zero(me)
The Strategist:
An important player for every team. He comes up with strategies, looks for things to trick enemies and works closely together with the Commander.

The Scout:
A Light player who prefers Speed over Power. Constantly on the move, informing the team of the enemies positions and defences.

The Supporter:
A valuable player that will mostly be a high priority target because he keeps his team going. He can achieve this by buffing or aiding teammates in any way.

The Wraith:
Named after the best Spy of all times. He will disrupt enemy defences, spot landmines and hacks command posts.

The Assassin:
Closely related to the Wraith. The assassin focusses on taking out priority targets, preferably with his knife.

The Rusher:
A Light guy who always tries to get to the objectives before the enemy does.

Cons about The Zero

The Ragequitter:
Quits because he rages due to several random reasons like getting killed or killstealed. (depends on how often it happens lol)

You should've also put
-The Flanker
Takes alternative routes to surprise the enemy from another side, confusing the enemy and taking enemy fire off of his teammates

Yeah, that would be a good one to add to the list. I think it could be worded a bit differently, but I can't figure it out. Just woke up.

Edit: Oh yeah. And everybody hates a RAGE QUITTER OMGWTFBBQ

USEFUL TRAITS

- The Strategist:
An important player for every team. He comes up with strategies, looks for things to trick enemies and works closely together with the Commander.

- The Scout:
A Light player who prefers Speed over Power. Constantly on the move, informing the team of the enemies positions and defences.

- The Wraith:
Named after the best Spy of all times. He will disrupt enemy defences, spot landmines and hacks command posts.

- The Rusher:
A Light guy who always tries to get to the objectives before the enemy does.

- The Harasser:
Someone who pokes in and out of cover to get a few shots on enemies and then disappears. He does not focus on finishing enemies off, he only damages them.

- The Immortal:
Always around on the battlefield. He never seems to die and helps the team out.

- The Napalm:
You are the Pyro, or the Explosives Expert. If theres something to blow up or burn, you're gonna do it and no one is going to stop you. (Im actually kind of a Pyro in real life lol)

Im guessing from most of these traits you can tell im going to be a Light bodytype :)

USELESS TRAITS

- The SMARTer:
The only thing he cares about are UBERNINJAPARKOUR moves. He doesn't contribute to the team in any way. (I parkour in real life, and this is a main attraction for me to buy this game, but on the contrary i will be helping out my team. So sue me)

- The Ragequitter:
Quits because he rages due to several random reasons like getting killed or killstealed. (I do rage from time to time, not because i think people are hacking or because im 'lagging' but because i truly am not playing good)
