I don't know if this was in oblivion...but do you want the days to got longer/shorter according to the month? nearing winter the nights would be increadibly short (go vampires) and during summer they would be increadibly long also do you want days that are only night seeing as we are far north it would make sense.

Oblivion had months even if they didnt change anything,so its still possible to do it.

It would be *nice* if seasonal changes would be implemented into an Elder Scrolls game, but I doubt there is anything like it in Skyrim and I also doubt there will be seasonal changes in the next ES game. Rather unfortunate, in my opinion.

I know i heard in one interview or another that game time to real time is a bit longer than OB was

Seasons should be possible through modding, just edit the likely hood of certain weather patterns for certain months :D

Unless someone makes a mod for it. There was a pretty good one for Oblivion.
