You posted in TES General Discussion, and didn't tell us what game you're talking about, so... what game are you talking about?

Yes, it is worth playing. No, there is no online play.

Regardless of what game is being asked about(probably Morrowind or Oblivion), no, there is no online play, and yes, it is worth playing.

Like, What does it feature? What content does it have?

Oblivion has a large, fully explorable world and is very different from many other games in that there is no one storyline that one must follow to really enjoy themselves and has plenty of side quests as well as dungeons to go into. If you're into open-ended RPGs, this game would appeal to you. It lasts quite a while.

Also try out Morrowind, the third TES game. Both it and Oblivion will keep you locked in your bedroom playing them for weeks.

I was gonna play Guild Wars but they have a stupid Secruity Question and so I forgot my character name and cannot login, So I think I might just install Oblivion.

Enjoy. As Nextmastermind said, TES III: Morrowind is also quite fun. Do you have the game of the year edition of Oblivion(comes with Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine)?

Guess not =P, I wish this game was multiplayer..I'm not sure if it is the kind game I like, I like MMORPG kinda games, Not ALWAYS multiplayer..

Here what I like in a game..:

Earn money and buy from NPC shops.
Slow leveling up
Detailed instructions on where to go
Quests
Lots of monsters
Ability to grind
I think thats all..

That's about right for Oblivion. The leveling speed depends on what skills you choose as majors, though. As for detailed instructions, well, Oblivion doesn't have those, but it has a quest marker that shows you exactly where to go.

You mentioned that you have the Xbox version as well. Is that the same color as your PC version?

So you buy this game on two platforms, and then ask someone if it's worth playing?

Okay...
