This is my current build and im thinking of swapping Teleport Strike with Dual wield's Twin Slashes.

What do you guys think?

You're going to be hurting for magica, as almost all your abilities use it. You only have one that takes stamina. I suppose it might work, if you enchanted and geared to give yourself a lot of magica. But a 2/3 build might work better. 2 stamina and 3 magica abilities, or vise versa.

I have enaugh magicka but i was thinking that skill is better then tp stike as for dmg
