I see him as a lich, but not quite. Not with all the lich necromancy black occult magic mumbo jumbo. Lich-like, perhaps.

And, secondly, how much is "the Underking" a title to be inherited? We know Zurin Arctus' story, after all. Could there be a new Underking? And if so, how?
