Lets talk Jewelry

So do you guys think that Skyrim should be able to have earing's? We are aloud to have necklaces and rings. Why not earing's? Thy fit the time. We should also be aloud to have bracelets and anklets. They could also be used as enchantments. What do you guys think about this? Yes or no? and why?

If they start adding all of these accessories and allow enchantments for every piece it would be a balancing nightmare.

I'd be a little worried about being able to equip too many enchantments and unbalancing the game. Apparently that's one of the reasons you couldn't layer clothing in Oblivion. I'd rather have layered clothing that more jewellery slots.

EDIT: Oh look, ninja'd.

Anklets, just no. Everything else i would be okay with, wont have my character wearing any of those though.(Maybe an enchanted necklace but thats it).

It would break the game.

I see you really like jewelry TC, thing is DragonBorn is right, everything would be out of balance and really mess things up as far as what kind kind of enchantments there are equipped to you, just wouldnt seem to work to me if you were allowed to wear more than 1 or 2 pieces of jewelry.

Any particular reason? Last time I checked, this is Skyrim not Barbie's Dress Up.

Although it has no place in Skyrim Id love to see more body mods. I'd love my nord to have huge stretched ears(mine are an inch and a half)

I think we should! It would widen the variety, and to counterbalance the enchantments you could have with everything, there could be a cap on how many enchanted items you could wield at once. That way no matter how many things you can wear, it wouldn't unbalance the game!

I don't think we should be allowed to. It's not like we don't have enough "enchantable item" slots as it is, nevermind that being the most likely reason clothing layers (clothing under armor which was under a robe) vanished between Morrowind and Oblivion along with the number of armor pieces being reduced.

Plus this:

Any particular reason? Last time I checked, this is Skyrim not Barbie's Dress Up.
