There really should be, or at the very least face or body paint.

Yeah I think that was a raider, and The Todd said the creator we use is the same they made their NPCs with so seeing that is encouraging. Nice catch!

You know,.. As many times as I noticed that woman, I never noticed the armored figure standing behind her.. At first I thought it was a power armor skeleton or some weird torture device... but it actually looks like he's wearing some sort of portable broadcasting tower. It's got big antennas coming of the top... Whatever it is, it's really weird looking!

Both, me thinks.

I'd like the option to start out with some tattoos, but I'd very much also like the opportunity to get inked later on (maybe even involuntarily).

If the choice is one or the other, then I'd go by during gameplay.

Having different tattoo artists around the wasteland with different selections would be awesome. Maybe a few could even identify you with certain factions (like raiders). The kinds of extensive tattoos I'd want wouldn't make sense for the character to have at CC though.

I'm all for tattoos, as long as I can get a full-face/neck Maori warrior-type deal.

I think the character in the background is a Raider Psycho. Looks like the one the guy was fighting up close in the atom bomb baby montage.

Since we start the game all respectable in frumpy suburbia, it seems almost essential to at least have hair dressers if we want to go all Mad Max on the wasteland.

Tats would be a nice bonus. Piercings too.

At the very least, I'd like to know if there's styling options in the game. If I know there isn't, I'll just die my hair green at the beginning and play the first bit in first person. But I don't want to get 40 hours into the game and think "why can't I get rid of this damned perm?"

I would like for them to be added to the game. With Skyrim having face paint and ESO,(I know ESO was made by Zenimax not Bethesda.) having body paint I do not see why Bethesda would not have anything similar in fallout 4.
