I bought the game on release and progressed in MP to level 15. I paused the game and changed my computer for few weeks. So I installed Crysis 2 again and: Level 1 again? WTF. What happened? I thought, the Profile will be saved online? I lost all my Stats.

Sure, Level 15 is not that high, but WTF?

Do you still have the data on your old computer?

Where will be the profile saved? I have backuped my entire documents folder from the user account. But I didn't found something with crysis in there. Is the profile saved in the game folder?

in win 7 its in your saved games you should find a crysis 2 folder.

I have the same Problem, everytime i do a fresh install the retriever resetes to level 1. Since the Profile and Equipment is stored online, it shouldnt reset with a fresh install. Only SP (campaign) should be stored in locally.One of the million bugs.........

If you have your save games, paste them in:
Username\Saved Games\Crysis2

on Win7:
C:\Users\-YourWinUsername-\Saved Games\Crysis2

but I think multiplayer progress should be saved "cloud", on the internet :/
your custom loadouts could be deleted but rank should be the same...
fortunately, rank 15 is not a big deal you'll get it first day you start playing

Your account has experienced a an actual reset-- More rare, but it happens. There is little to do but play on...

At this point I would not restore my profile as described above, because you would then have the profile of a level 15 and your assesments, dogtags, loadouts, etc. will be out of sync -- with the potential for glitchiness.
