Level of interaction in skyrim

Post » Fri Sep 03, 2010 1:11 pm

Hello everyone im new here btw :)

Im a huge fan of oblivion and i loved how u can interact with everything ,pick it up and place it anywhere u want and i was wondering what do u guys think what level of interaction will skyrim have.
I used to mess around with it alot decorate my house and stuff i thought it was a fun thing to do when i wasnt doing quests and killing and all that , but i would love some improvements to the system maybe a function so u can throw objects and rotate them so u can place them properly i would love that.

So what do u guys think ?

Hopefully we'll be able to move around ALL the furniture in our houses, like beds and chairs, etc.

Yeah being able to interact with the environment was extremely cool when Oblivion came out, but it is a bit dated now, so.... Improvement is very welcome!

Being able to interact with everyday objects is a wonderful feature, way and above what most games offer. The main problems are all to do with decorating your house, imho. Plenty of threads asking for armour stands and more display cases, and they have a point, why have loads of books, and bookcases, when you can't arrange them neatly.
Trouble is, as I say, it's a better system than most, and this might mean some unjustifiably demand a perfect physics system. Nothing is perfect, but any slight improvement will be much welcomed.
And remember, the over the top nature of OB's physics was the cause of loads of fireballing dining table, throwing things off Dive Rock mayhem, rein it in a little, good for those who want more realism, but possibly spoiling some of our fun.

Welcome to the forum, have a http://images.uesp.net//c/c4/Fishystick.jpg!
Anything that's less clumsy than what we have in Oblivion would be welcome.
