I really hope that the enemies and the npcs will get stronger as your level increased. but i dont know how it work exactly, like lets say if u get to level 100, would the enemies get stronger to certain degree?

I don't know, but I hope that enemies level up, too. Otherwise, what's the point? To make you be able to one-shot everything? That doesn't sound too fun.

I also really hope that follower level caps will be raised, as followers with caps at 30 or 40 even now have limited usefulness once the player reaches level 50 or so. I'd love to have my favorite followers (Jenassa, Jordis, Aranea) continue to be viable battle partners into higher levels.

It depends as to what their level range is.

A lot of enemies have a minimum and a maximum level range. If the PC is below this range, the minimum level is used, above this range and the maximum level is used. If the PC is in the middle of this range, the enemy is the same level as the PC.

Quick, somewhat relevant thought: is Miraak actually level 150 when the PC is 81?

Am I the only who who thinks it's kinda dumb to be level 81? I never tried and probably never will. I do like the possibility of going past a 100 on some stats on my char's

Yeah, it seems a bit silly to me to purposely use skills you don't enjoy or have no skill at (ie. switching from heavy to light armor), so I've never gotten any characters to level 81. My highest level character is 60-something.

Thus, I really do like the idea of being able to continue leveling by using skills our character already uses. But I don't quite see the point, if enemy level caps aren't also raised. As it is, my character is so OP at level 64 or so and Master difficulty that leveling further would just make the game even easier, and less fun. Ah well, maybe I'll crank it up to Legendary difficulty when 1.9 comes out, and see if I still feel leveling further is useless after that. :D I could be surprised - you never know!

I was wondering the same thing, at level 81 or even 50-60ish range master difficulty is pretty easy. So I'm hoping that the legendary difficulty will pose a better challenge, I really hope that it keeps pace with the player ( to a degree ).
